Her office is in Groveland Center, a quiet suburb of Haverhill. Prior to receiving her law degree, Attorney Marchand was a paralegal for over 15 years. Attorney Marchand has a general law practice with experience in various fields, including family law (divorce, modification, contempt, support, relocation, grandparent visitation), prenuptial agreements, real estate transactions, landlord/tenant issues, drafting wills, trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies, guardianships, probating of estates and estate administration. Attorney Marchand is trained in Collaborative Law which is a new and emerging framework used for negotiating formal legal agreements in divorces.
