At my Massachusetts law firm, the Law Office of Claire M. Marchand, near Haverhill, I work to help those involved in divorce and other family law matters, estate planning, and real estate transactions consider the immediate and long range impact of each of the options they are considering.

I help clients successfully resolve divorce and other family law issues in court, as well as by utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and collaborative law techniques.  I also help clients plan for the future by using various estate planning tools, such as wills and trusts.  I am also a licensed title insurance agent in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and am able to quickly assess risks and benefits for clients involved in real estate transactions.  A skilled negotiator and trial lawyer – I am capable of representing you in and out of the courtroom.
